Made to order

Each piece is printed or embroidered after you order, so production takes 2–5 business days. Once it ships, standard delivery in the US takes 3–7 business days. You'll get an email with tracking when your order ships.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is $7.95, and free on orders of $100 or more. We currently ship within the United States.

Damaged or misprinted items

If something arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Returns & exchanges

Because every item is made for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for sizing or a change of mind. Please check the size details on each product before ordering, and email us if you're unsure.

Order changes

Orders go into production quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us right away and we'll do our best to catch it before it's made.
